1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Casimbro (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

The Platform is intended strictly for adults aged 18 years or older. By using Casimbro you represent and warrant that you are at least 18. Casimbro is a free social gaming platform offered for entertainment purposes only. The games, including Out of the Woods slots, are played exclusively with virtual coins. 4. Virtual Currency Policy

We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of these rules.

All content on the Platform — including game assets, graphics, text, logos and software — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk, and it is intended solely as entertainment.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. Because the Platform involves no real money and no items of value, no financial loss can result from gameplay itself.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of the operating entity. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
